0.2 Released


# General update here, 0.2 released!

I had so many issues with this, i had to rebuild many systems, like entity behavior and collision detection,  to avoid duplication, overlapping and hard lag spikes, mostly just fixing my quadtree, i''ll go into more detail here.

## Things that changes

- Bigger resolution and canvas, in other words, more Pixels to add

- NO DUPLICATION of corner rows

- Water and fire physics respect boundaries of collisions

- Less lag overall, all because of the previously mentioned changes :)


## Known bugs

- Holding left mouse while on the ImGui context (top bar) will create pixels outside the game area
